This fall, the Waukesha County supervisors face a choice:
- continue to put drunk drivers in a jail that is almost always filled to capacity, or
- pick up the cost of an alternative program designed to get drunk drivers out of jail and on the mend: the Alcohol Treatment Court.
The choice has supporters and skeptics.
